This page explains what personal data Nutanix Mastery (“we”) collects, why, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account (Profile → “Delete my account”), your account and associated data are removed immediately. Security logs are kept for a limited period [e.g. 12 months].
4. Sharing & hosting
We do not sell your data. It is hosted within the EU on infrastructure provided by OVHcloud (France). We do not transfer personal data outside the EU.
5. Cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies (session and CSRF protection) required to sign you in and keep the site secure. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
6. Your rights
You may access, rectify, export or erase your data, and object to or restrict its processing. Most actions are self-service from your profile (edit or delete your account). For anything else, contact privacy@ntnx-mastery.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
